Yes, we can provide cleaning supplies and equipment depending on the service. For domestic (regular) cleaning, we kindly ask clients to provide the equipment, such as a vacuum, mop, and cleaning products. For deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, office cleaning, and other specialist services, our team brings professional equipment and products. In some cases, the cleaning materials are included in the service price, while in others a small additional fee may apply. We always let you know upfront before booking.

Yes, we are flexible. Whether you need a one-off deep clean or regular weekly service, we can often provide both on the same day if needed, making it easy to fit cleaning around your schedule.

Yes, we provide cleaning services on Saturdays with no extra charge. We do not work on Sundays, but we are available on some holidays. If you need a cleaning outside regular weekdays, just get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Yes, we offer a guarantee for our end-of-tenancy cleaning. If the landlord or letting agency is not satisfied, we will return within 48 hours and redo any areas that need attention at no extra cost. Your satisfaction and ensuring the property meets tenancy requirements is our top priority.

The solution mixes with hot steam, which kills 99% of bacteria and lifts dirt without over-wetting your carpets. The hot steam is sucked in immediately, so your carpets dry faster and stay protected. For the best results, we recommend removing any movable items from the room before we start. Steam cleaning also helps improve the appearance of stains, but some stains may only partially improve depending on how old they are, what caused them, and the type of carpet.

Yes! We provide flexible cleaning services tailored for Airbnb hosts. We adapt our pricing based on the specific tasks required and schedule cleanings to fit guest check-ins and check-outs. Many Airbnb hosts already work with us and are very happy with our reliability and attention to detail.

Additional costs like congestion charges or parking fees may apply if relevant. We do not charge VAT and there are no hidden fees. We are always flexible and adapt our quotes to suit your exact needs.

Yes! We offer special discounts to regular clients, new clients, and those who recommend us. Discounts are limited-time and occasional, so they are not available every day. Our goal is to reward clients and build long-term relationships.

Booking is quick and easy. You can book directly on our website in just a few simple steps. Once your account is set up, you can update the date or time of your booking if your plans change. During booking, you will provide your card details, but you will not be charged until after the cleaning is completed.

We understand that plans can change. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel in advance. If you cancel the day before or on the day of the booking, a fee of 50% of the booking cost will apply. You can also reschedule your cleaning easily through your account.

We only accept credit or debit card payments online. Cash payments are not accepted. You will provide your card details during booking, but you will not be charged until after the cleaning is completed.
